We worked with our client LOVB (League One Volleyball) in their partnership with SKIMS to create SERVE ATX, a first-of-its-kind youth volleyball clinic to champion the next generation of athletes. Designed as a high-impact, one-day experience, the event blends elite on-court training with meaningful off-court development — merging performance, self-expression, confidence-building, and community.

Finding the Space: We started by finding a venue that would allow for our needs, which landed us at Hill Country Indoor (HCI) in Bee Cave, Texas - a 140,000 sq-ft. all-indoor athletic complex for multigenerational families to workout, train and connect with other community members. It needed to be able to accommodate two volleyball courts, staged seating, and stage production for panel discussion, as well as ancillary meeting space available for staff work rooms, green rooms and meet & greets. We also needed to be able to own and brand the event space fully - and we wanted to make sure we could have a completely separate from general public entrance.
Consumer Journey: Determining the consumer journey and insuring a positive experience for players and their families from entrance to exit - and concepting additional things outside of the actual clinic for our volleyball players to play with.
